With a specialism in Capital Markets, she advises clients across all levels of strategic communications including M&A, IPOs, Crisis Communications and financial calendar work.
Rebecca has advised businesses across all sectors including consumer facing businesses, TMT and support services, and her work has included the sale of Entertainment One, famous for Peppa Pig, to Hasbro and the IPO of Hugh Osmond’s latest restaurant venture.
